Dr Nicholas Marquez-Grant is a Senior Lecturer in Forensic Anthropology at Cranfield Forensic Institute, Cranfield University (UK). He is also Research Associate at the School of Anthropology and Museum Ethnography at the University of Oxford. He has over 20 years of experience recovering and analysing human skeletal remains from prehistory to the present day. In recent years, he has had considerable experience in the recovery and identification of WWI and WWII casualties. As a forensic anthropologist, Nicholas has undertaken forensic casework for a number of police forces in the UK. He has published widely on aspects of forensic archaeology, forensic anthropology and bioarchaeology.
